G-1 Axial Bellows Expansion Joint

Material: The bellows body is primarily made of 304 stainless steel (general-purpose, corrosion-resistant, cost-effective, suitable for water, steam, oil, and general gas media); for corrosive environments, 316L stainless steel can be selected to enhance resistance to acids, alkalis, and seawater; for high-temperature applications (such as high-temperature steam and flue gas ducts), 310S stainless steel can be customized, with a temperature resistance of up to 1200°C; Flanges and connectors are standardly made of 304 stainless steel, but carbon steel can also be selected upon customer request to reduce costs.

Applications: Primarily used to accommodate axial thermal expansion and contraction in industrial piping, this is the most widely used and fundamental type of bellows compensator in industrial piping systems. Suitable applications include power plant steam pipelines, petrochemical process pipelines, building heating hot water pipelines, district heating networks, and boiler inlet/outlet pipelines. It is particularly suitable for piping systems with large axial displacement, limited installation space, and high requirements for compensation efficiency.
